National cashback

The Ministry of Economy is launching the "National Cashback" program initiated by the President. Citizens will be able to receive up to UAH 3,000 cashback per month for the purchase of Ukrainian-made goods, which can be verified in Diya.

The accrued funds can be spent on utilities, medical services (in particular, dentistry), sports, cinema, or donated to the Armed Forces and buy military bonds.

How to get cashback? 

1. From September 2, issue a card to which the state will transfer funds. Virtual - in your banking mobile application or physical - in the bank.
2. Give permission to transfer transaction data from selected cards when purchasing goods in stores that have joined the program. This can be done in the banking application or at the bank.
3. Update the Diya mobile application and select the National Cashback service.
4. Buy goods from Ukrainian manufacturers participating in the program in stores that support cashback.
5. Pay for the purchase with a bank card.
6. Get 10% cashback from the purchase of Ukrainian to a special account. You can use the accrual until January 31, 2025.

The state will refund you 10% of the purchase price of Ukrainian-made goods.

The minimum amount of cashback per month is UAH 2, the maximum is UAH 3,000.
